If you have any complaints about Kitchenhub Limited, services or goods purchased from Kitchenhub Limited please contact Kitchenhub Limited via email.
To purchase from Kitchenhub Limited you must be over 18 years of age.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors).
We will not use your details for other purposes and you may ask that Kitchenhub Limited remove your details from our system by contacting Kitchenhub Limited via email.
Kitchenhub Limited is not obliged to supply any goods until you, the customer, have confirmed an order and paid for the goods in full. This is when the contract is made.
Once the goods have been paid for the order is classed as being confirmed by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all suitability of any goods purchased.
Kitchenhub Limited accepts no liability for any goods incorrectly ordered.
Kitchenhub Limited reserve the right to change any pricing or offers published on www.kitchenhublimited.com without notice.
Delivery
Once an order has been placed with Kitchenhub Limited an approximate delivery date will be agreed.
Kitchenhub Limited cannot give exact delivery dates or delivery times.
Approximate delivery times may be available on the day of delivery.
All kitchen deliveries must be taken in by an able bodied person who is capable of helping with the offload of the goods ordered.
All deliveries are a one man delivery unless previously arranged with Kitchenhub Limited.
If adequate help is not provided by the customer, Kitchenhub Limited reserve the right to re-arrange the delivery of the goods at a time arranged with the customer. Additional delivery costs may apply.
Returns procedure
In the event of goods being faulty due to manufacturing defects or transit damage, Kitchenhub Limited will agree to credit the value or replace the goods.
Goods may be returned for credit by following the Return Procedures.
Any items that are manufactured to order, e.g kitchen cabinets, made to measure doors and painted to order doors, may not be returned.
If any doors have been drilled for hinges or any item altered in any way they may not be returned.
Other returned items must be received in a saleable condition, in the original packaging, or credit will not be issued.
If the sale is a business to business transaction (trade) a handling fee will apply on all goods eligible for credit.
Doors, door related accessories and cabinets should be inspected on receipt.
Machining or altering these products, in any way, confirms your acceptance of their quality and standard.
Kitchenhub Limited is subsequently unable to accept return of these items under any circumstances.
Should you wish to return goods for any reason please contact your Customer Service Administrator prior to taking any further action.
Before arranging carrier collection you will be sent a consignment note, labels and detailed instructions.
It is advised any goods to be returned should be done so via an insured method as any goods damaged in transit cannot be refunded.
Kitchenhub must be notified of any goods to be returned or replaced, damaged or otherwise within 7 working days of receipt.
Any goods notified outside of this period will not be accepted back as a return unless agreed with Kitchenhub Limited.
Any goods accepted back after the 7 working day period will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Any returns on a trade to trade transaction will be subject to a 35% restocking fee regardless of timescale.
Kitchenhub Limited will not accept responsibility for any goods returned outside of this returns procedure.
We advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these Terms and Conditions.
None of the above terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
